if you get the draw straw with 2 ports you can route the return into the fuel canister instead of dumping it into the filler neck. mine will loose pressure under 1/4 only under hard braking turning, not really a big deal for me anymore as I fill up at 1/4 now anyway

mine doesnt draw fuel from the canister cuz its got the in tank pump. it draws beside it. i saw vulcan had a replacement canister for the in tank ones that has no pump in it, just a draw straw. any one know anything about that kit? they had no pictures

Vuilcan does have a "kit" that is used to modify the intank pump moduel, it was like 50$, and its susposed to eliminate the 1/4 tank issues. as for the helman sump, most cases it is not legal, as fuel tanks are not allowed to be a bottom or gravity feed, because of the risk if fuel leaks should it become damaged... again this would be likely only enforced if you had an acciedent or went thru some sort of inspection and someone happened to catch it, from what I've read, if you have an AD/fass and the fuel is low the pump can suck the sump empty before the sloshing fuel returns, again this is only second hand info.
the **** high volume fuel pumps just circulate too much fuel too fast, I think thats the main reason for fuel pSI fluxiations at low tank levels

here is a link to Vulcan's page that shows a pic of the drawstraw V and a pic of the modified jeep liberty fuel moduel (220$)
