Anyone have an Extang RT tonneau cover?

If so, can someone check three different measurements?

1. Distance between the inside of the mounting plates.
Mainly towards the front, trying to find out how much room is available for a tool chest. How far back from the front will the box need to be in order to open the chest w/ cover rolled up.

2. How close to the stake pockets do these same plates/rails come to the opening?

3. What is the maximum height available w/ regards to where the bows are. Once again, concerning the tool chest.

I have a chest that is 61" wide and 16 1/2" tall, trying to find out if it will work.
