Praise for Extang

I bought my ExtangRT tonneau cover almost a year ago and about 2 months ago the velcro on the cover stopped sticking to the other side of the velcro on the bed rail. I called Extang to see if there was any way to rejuvenate the velcro. The lady asked for a number that was printed on the cover and then told me they had changed types of velcro about 6 months after my cover was made. She then asked for a mailing address and told me they would send me a new cover free of charge. She told me they did not need to verify the warranty, the card was still in my glove box, or date of purchase. This one representative was the nicest I have ever dealt with on a problem. Based on my experience I would recommend Extang to anyone looking for a tonneau cover.
