I was looking at the bolt on exhaust tips in the DTR sore and was wondering is there any cutting involved when installing one of these or does it just slide over my current tailpipe? It is factory exhaust.Thanks in advance.

Most of the exhaust tips on the market will slip on and bolt tight, with littte exhaust tube cutting. But for the best fit you should slip the tip on, measure just where you want it to be and trim some off the end, so that is wont extend out from the truck too far.
