Where can I get an exhaust tip for STOCK exhaust??

Where can I get an exhaust tip for STOCK exhaust??
Yep, just like the title says... Most places only sell polished tips for 4"-5" exhaust systems. The stock exhaust is 3" correct? I know this may sound a bit ricey, but I'm looking for a long tip that will go 3" inlet to 5" outlet... I heard the exhaust tip makes a difference in sound....

IIRC, the exhaust is 3", the TIP is 4".
