I finally did it. Straight piped. And I love it! These trucks sound great. The guy used all the original hangers and I have no annoying drone. Clean installation. I first removed the muffler awhile ago and was reluctant to get rid of the resonator for the fear of a really loud annoying truck. Well then I got an exhaust brake and it seemed like it got quieter. After straight piping I was surprised to hear a relatively quiet truck. I'm not complaining but did the exhaust brake act like a muffler? Has anyone else noticed this? Also does a 4" straight pipes system sound any different than a 3"?
