Hey everyone! I just recently got an EDGE Juice w/ Attitude for my 01 Cummins and I had a question about the MAP sensor plug-in.

I know that the Edge JWA comes with a different MAP connector for the 01-02 Cummins. The 98.5-00 connectors are connected to the main harness that goes to the "Juice box" under the hood but the 01-02 MAP connector just looks like an ordinary boost fooler.

The instructions show that the 98.5-00 use the "T" harness that is connected to the main harness but the 01-02 uses the newer one supplied with the 01-02 kit.

My question is what happens to the left-over wiring that is on the main harness that is supposed to connect the 98.5-00 trucks? My kit is for the 01-02 and I plugged in the 01-02 MAP connector adapter in-line like the instructions said but I have the extra "T" left over.

If anyone can shine light on this situation, it would be a huge help for me. I'm finishing up installation this weekend and I want everything to be right the first time.

I did a little research and I found out that I'm supposed to take the adapter and unplug the middle of it and put the "T" in between the plug connectors in the middle of the adapter.

Is this correct?
