Im thinking about putting an EZ on the truck. Is it worth doing. It seems like it would be hard to beet the 150$ price that I keep seeing for used ones. Just wondering if i could get some testimonials from people who have them. Do they really help ur milage and can you feel any difference in power? I dont tow much and i have a pretty much have a stock truck accept for intake and straight pipe. I just put 35s on it and im not to happy with the 3 mpg drop i just got so thats why im considering the EZ

 

I'm currently running my Comp in EZ mode. Nice power addition and that hurts your mileage if you keep stickin' yer foot in it like me...lol

 

i am also thinking about running the edge EZ or the juice with attitude (cant decide), but the edge ez on level three should give you better milage but watch your egt's b/c the edge tends to run a little hot.

 

ya i have heard that as well about the EGTs. I think im going to go with the EZ and then get one of those quadzilla recon things for the EGT and boost.

 

They go real nice with a set of RV275's, proven mileage combo thats very affordable. And on the long shot you don't like the EZ I'll bet you could sell it for what you bought it for.

 

I just put one on my otherwise stock 2001. In level 1 it adds a little kick & helps milage. In level 3 it adds a lot of kick & hurts milage a little. It's hard to keep your foot out of it in level 3 as it feels good. I can see how people get addicted to more power. I haven't pulled my fifth wheel with it yet, but will this weekend. I know it pulls harder, but don't know about EGTs yet.
