I have an Edge Chip in my truck, I was told 120hp. 4th and 5th setting aren't hooked up I was told, and after examining the engine compartment I noticed a white wire folded over and taped, is that what I need to hook up and if so where does it need to go?

That's referred to 'tapping the wire'. There's instructions for installing your "Edge Comp" for your ISB engine on www.edgeproducts.com

Without the wire tap, you only have setting 1 operational on the Comp.....this is referred to as EZ mode....
