Dynoed today...was hoping for more

Finally dynoed my truck today on a mustang dyno. The best I got w/o n2o was 351 hp and 943 tq, w/ n2o I got 448 hp and 1122 tq. The #'s aren't bad but I fiqured I would be at least over 500 hp. Do these #'s sound right to you guys?

I different plate would probably help.Maybe a 100 or even a 0 plate since so already have the tranny, after that some pump work.

I would not have guessed alot more with the 180 pump.
Some laser cut DVs will add a bunch more fuel and as mentioned a different plate will add also. Remember those DVs were put in pumps at 215-230hp they are only going to go so far.

Where's a good place to get some d/v's? I also want to get some bigger injectors, what do you recommend?

Where did you go to dyno and how much was it? I grew up around the Merrill area and go back there once in a while. I really want to get on the dyno to see where I am at before I do anything else. Maybe we can get a bunch of trucks together sometime and make a meet-n-greet out of it. Let me know what you think.

I've been wanting to get on the dyno myself to get a good baseline...(Wausau here)

I'd definitely be up for some sort of get-together....

What brand of dyno was it? Mustang dyno's are notorious for low readings. Dynojets' always read about 20% higher than Mustangs do. I dyno'ed mine in the spring on a Mustang and it said I made 300whp/600wtq but my quater mile MPH doesn't reflect those numbers. The dyno I was on only went up to 5500 GVW so that certainly altered the results since it didn' t put enough of a load on the engine to really spool the turbo.
