I have a DTT valve body but was wondering if anyone knows exactly what their update kit in cludes, I have a comp untapped but really want to tap the wire and really don't want to destroy the tranny, I know I will need their tourque converter also but the price list says $295, how would this kit a VB and TC compare to one of their trannys(minus the billit stuff).

 

call DTT and ask them...get the info right from the manufacturer

When I got my VB I talked to Stefan about tapping the wire with just the VB and he said go for it. That was 20k miles ago and almost 100hp. I went from a Comp/275 combo to a TST/Smarty/100hp injector/KSB-1 combo and it's holding great. If all your gonna do is the comp then I'd just go ahead and tap the wire and not worry about it.
