I finally bit the bullet and installed the DSS Steering Stabilizer, Track Bar conversion bracket, and late model track bar, all DSS, on my 96' Ram 3500 4x4 ex-cab Dually. WOW!! is about all I can say. I wish I would have done it sooner!! If you have not done it yet, don't think twice!!

I am getting just enough miles on my truck that the front end is just starting to have issues and have thought about the DSS.

I have a front mounted receiver hitch on my truck, ????anyone here put on a DSS with a front receiver hitch, seems like they would be in the same place????????

 

I just bought the 3 ft end - steering kits from Steel ?? , the bar that goes from the frame on either side & a bearing holder at steering box , the large cross bar & frame mount for the bar .
I was also wandering about adding a ft receiver in the future , may need to do some mods to make work ???

 

I haven't done it personally but have read several posts by individuals that say they have without problems. Might do a search on a few of the fourms.
