Dryflow vs Oiled filter

Dryflow vs Oiled filter
How many of you guys are running AEM or Amsoil dry type cone filters? Is the 9" AEM plenty of flow for the Dodge Diesel? I am using a Fleetguard BHAF but might as well use one that I can wash and reuse. Any comments would be appreciated, before I jump out and buy one. Thanks to all.
