has anyone had any experience with dr. performance modules?

i got a good deal on it, its the stage 3 modules (90 hp i think? and 180 tq)

well got everything plugged in, and it does not feel like 90hp. checked everything over again and nothing. and it sounds like it has a timing issue at certain rpm levels, ive noticed weird exhaust sounds around 1500 rpms and 2100 rpm, sounds like its missing. it happens in neutral, in gear driving around, and WOT. and whenever i switch gears it revs down alot slower in between gears. i have it off now, but anyone know about this?
