I am redoing my exhaust and am planning on going the Nelson 4" route. At some point I want a downpipe but will, in the future, at least upgrade the exhaust housing on the turbo. If I buy a downpipe that fits the stock turbo will that work with a 16??? exhaust housing or even possibly an upgraded turbo or will I be starting all over?

I am looking at the cheapie at store.airflo.com for $110 how can I go wrong?

 

the downpipe would work on any 40/35 hybred turbo and yes with the 16cm housing bur not on a true hx40 series
