I thought the regular ARP are torque to 125FP MAX(most guys and the ARP 625's can go up to 150-160FP MAX----correct me if i"m wrong. The ARP 625 are spendy though---cheapest i;v seen them are $999.00 from Pure Diesel Power.

Wow. This is an old thread and yes the info has changed a tad since then.

As far as ARP studs go; the regular ARP2000 is torqued to 122 FT lbs with great success now VS the old way ARP wanted everyone to do at 96. 96 was not enough.

The CA 625's TQ down at 150-160 ft lbs with great success. They are expensive, but work great. I am pretty certain I can get these CA 625's for anyone at 900 shipped now. I would have to be certain they are in stock. If they did not work so well, I would say they are a total rip off. I mean 900 bucks for 24 studs is getting stupid.

Yeah 900 is the going rate for these now thats what I paid for them. More reasonable then the 1200 I know others have paid. I will be doing a swap for the regular 12mm ARP's that are in my 01 12 valve to add some extra security for the larger twin set I put on. I guess I will go with the 160~ish mentioned.

Don:

Hey buddy, thanks for coming in here to help these guys out! You have more experience with the ARP's than I do, so hopefully this will help clear up some of the questions.
