I have been doing alot of reading on the walbro pump. I would like to upgrade but don't want to pay $400. I can round up everything but the by-pass valve. Has anyone done there own system and where did you get the by-pass valve.Any comments would help. thanks

 

I used the mallory bypass regulator from summit for mine. I allready had 1/2 inch lines so i bought the pump strainer and above regulator.

 

I kind of mismatched my fuel system around the Walbro and the Vulcan Bigline.

Vulcan now sells a pretty in-expensive regulator.

Just curious, but did you also route the return to the filler neck?

I did on mine. I got in a hurry and bought one from Glacier, but it would be very easy to make.
