Question Do I need it?

I am going to replace my Track Bar due to mine is worn out. I have a 2 inch coil spring spacers in the front and I am wondering if the factory track bar will work up to a 2 inch lift. Is a 2 inch lift enough to trough out the factory track bar or do I need an adjustable one?

Whatever you do, dont put a factory track bar back on - piece of JUNK.

This is a BIG upgrade:

Or, you can go with the Solidsteel trackbar:

How much is a stocker??

Well I am only going to keep this truck for about one more year or less. Do you think a factory track bar will work or is it just to short for the lift?

I picked up the bracket online from some place in New Jersey called extreme diesel or something like that for 129.00 plus 6.00 shipping. I thought it was a misprint even called them to verify and they sold it to me at that price with no mention of it being a misprint even after I asked. I got the bar from a local dodge dealer for 245.00. I think Solid steel now has an adjustable bar as well.

If you are going to have the truck for only about a year, then you could a trac bar from Oreily's for around $150. Plus it comes w/ a lifetime warrenty. Just something to ponder.

I would do the Napa or O'Rileys also....and with the 2" spacers, the factory track bar will work!

"$175.00 for Bracket"???
My bracket from Solid Steel was only $129.00 (when they first came out) must have raised the price?
Just looked it up...here http://www.solidsteel.ca/Ordering.htm

$159.00
