Might wann look into your AFC setup, even though that gutted AFC prob make's fun smoke might not make the most power like that. Yo still have stock Dv's?

Im agreein here

too much smoke and fuel is NOT ALWAYS the best.. i myself haev learned that the hard way.. get a regular or modded afc back in there and play with the settings. gutted isnt the way to go...

Yup, modify your AFC for max travel and tune it to just haze smoke until the boost is comming on strong. Then when all the fuel hits it HITS! lol

Or roll into the throttle. Keep the smoke down until you get the boost going, then give it full throttle. Punching it from an idle will bog it down and make heat like crazy.

ok i put the afc back together and modded it for more travel and tightened the starwheel as tight as i could, and it spools alot better now and definately less smoke but it still doesnt feel any stronger. my boost is 48-50 psi and egt's will easily wrap around 1600 if you stay in it. and yes im still running stock dv's

What kind of 'custom' intake do you have? 370 doesn't seem incredibly out of place though, I've seen many auto's with similar mods do between 370 and 400.

Just for comparison, I made 337hp with stock injectors, turbo, and sticks, and 191 DV's on my 160 pump. Seems like your numbers are low to me. Should be more than 30hp more than me. Throw some delivery valves at it, and see what it does for ya. I think that is probably part of the problem.
