I think they're really just for looks sidewinder. I'm looking at those too, but I'd like to hear from someone about how well they fit and work first. I think they look the best out of the ones that are out there.

Those three little lights are kinda neat. Wonder if they are replaceable?

I think they are LEDs, just bigger ones. I have the older style projector lights and they fit great, love the light output, but they did require some rewiring of the lights themselves to get them to work right. I want to put some HID lights in them to make them even brighter

Do those HID kits really work? I saw them on ebay for around $150 and had my doubts. I've seen what actuall HID light kits go for for cars (close to $1000) and couldn't believe they were that cheap. Since yesterday I've found a couple guys on TDR that have those particular headlights in the link above and they said that they had to make a couple modifications to the truck to get them to mount, and they said they are an absolute pain to adjust. But man I really like the looks of them though

They are just projector lights not HIDs. HID's use special bulbs (usually with a ballast) and can be installed in regular or projector style headlights.

I was refering to the HIDs that LanceD mentioned. I'm assuming hes talking about one of the kits like on ebay to convert your existing headlights to HID. I've seen them on ebay, but I'm kind a leary on the quality of them for $150

I've got the cheap eBay HIDs in my truck. So far so good, I've had them in for around 6 months. Initially had a bad bulb, and had to pay shipping for a replacement from China which took a while, but since then no issues.

I have the bi-xenon ones (non-sport truck) and the bulb moves for high-beams. The ONLY issue is that I can't use the stock fog/driving lights with the headlights on as it makes them go into high-beam mode. I've looked over the wiring diagrams and can't figure out why this happens, but I'm giving up and wiring my fogs with a relay real soon so I can go back to using them.

At 4300k color they are super bright. I can light up reflective signs over 1/2 a mile away on low-beam. I do get flashed about 1 out of 10 trips, but I love the lights!! I can see very well at night now.

I have looked into them quite a bit and everyone says to make sure you get a good quality ballast like Hella or Mcculluch (sp)
