Question Difference between 12 & 24V Block?

I'm working on building my own set of towing twins for the 24V in my sig and was wondering if i could use a spare 12V block that I have to mock them up to or is there too much difference between the two?
TIA

Should be no significant diff in the block, just the head, cam, pump, etc.
