diff between 12v block an 24v block

i just p-pumped my 24V an was wondering if my block from my 98 12v could be used with a 24v head

Only thing i think you would need is different pistons and injectors to match it up.

i have heard of guys putting a 24v head on a 12v block, i dont know what has to be done though

well the only reason i ask is i want to bore an stroke the block but i hear the 24v head flows more
