I am having a hard time finding out if anyone makes a set of cut-out style fender flares for my 96. I know for a fact that Bushwacker does not. One of my front fenders already has a small dent in it so I figured that a set of cut out flares would trim that dent out of the fender and also give me extra room for the 35" tires I just ordered.

 

No one makes cut out flares for 94-02. To fit the 35's your going to need a minimum a leveling kit.
