i want a shorty exhaust system on my truck rip hooks prices arent to bad but i had an idea what if i bought just a 4 inch down pipe that goes from the turbo and just bought some 4 inch pipe from a muffler place in town and just connected it and got a 4 inch 90 degree angle and extend the pipe to were i need it in front of my rear wheel should work

 

Sounds like it will work. You need to think about where that pipe will come out though. I saw a truck a few weeks ago that had the pipe come out in front of the rear wheel. When he made smoke it all had to go past that back wheel, so the wheel and tire were sooty. If you don't mind the extra cleaning, then it should be fine.<br><br>Chris

The first time I met Tom Meers of Black Mountain Diesel he still had his simulators on his dually. Anybody seen it lately???? No sim's! Looks cool black on black on black....and sounds great with that 4&quot; coming out the side! 8)
