Cracked "53" block fix
Cracked my 53 block last year.
I braced the block with 3/8 plate and sealed behind it with silicone.
It is a good do it yourself fix.
It still leaks a little (about a quart a week) but I was able to get another year out of the truck!!!!
It used to bleed dry in 6 miles.
