Cool-Vue vs ****

I am going to purchase towing mirrors soon and would like your opinions on these two brands, or others if there are others you would recommend.

Thanks

I've had both. ***** came on the truck when I bought it, good visibility but they were HUGE and wasn't the look I was going for. The Kool Vues are great! Only issue I had was pinching the wires when I first installed them. Do some reading on this, it's a very common mistake! Good luck!

I had the same deal. ****'s on the truck when I bought it and now I have the Kook-Vue's. ****'s were large and had good visibility and were probably a little steadier when outstretched - however hated the look (truck was nicknamed Dumbo) and switched.

I like the look of my kool-vues and haven't had any issues with them. I installed them 2 years ago, and they are still working great. Just as shakey as the stock mirrors, but I was used to it already. Love them when I tow too.
