comp,tst or smarty
I prefer the Smarty over the others, even though it makes the least amount of power. The others add another injection pulse which tends to make EGT get high, and is less efficient, imo.
A Smarty and some healthy large injectors is my personal huckleberry.

im planning to get a comp for mine, then a smarty...from what i have heard i think if just getting 1 at a time, ur better off to get the comp, because the smarty by itself doesnt do as much...im sure others will chime in and disagree, thats just my opinion after reading what i have read about them...
thats how i am with my ez....i had the e on my 01 auto...loved it..so when i bought this truck i got an ez, then since added nozzels..and now i find my self wanting more and more power, wish i would have went with the comp...

I have a Smarty and really like it. The power at the bottom end is great. It gives better mileage and makes towing a breeze. Gives new life to an older truck.
They work good with bigger injectors also.

I have had all three on my truck. The Smarty is real nice but after a while you start wanting more power. I also felt that with the Smarty my truck want to stop pulling hard over 2000rpm even when running with the TST. With the TST alone it would pull to 3500rpm. I also ran the TST PM3 COMP version with and wihtout the Smarty. Running it either way the truck would get up and move like crazy. I the only bad thing about the TST was without some sort of timing box it would get hot reall quick. Right now I am running an Edge Drag Comp on my truck. I think that it is just as quick as the PM3 COMP but it runs cooler when you are getting on it but that is because it adds timing.
I think snice you have the power puck already I would just look in to getting the TST PM3 non COMP. I think that you would feel a big change in the way your truck drives. But be aware stack will slip your clutch if it is stock. Also if you like the power the TST PM3 gives and want more you can send it back and upgraded it to the COMP version.

I have a comp.....
and I'm happy with it. Enough power for me, but maybe some injectors would help too. I know a bunch of people are combining tst, comp and smarty chips.....I have no idea how they hold on to the wheel!?!?!!?
P.S. On an (un-)related note, I'll be replacing my VP44 soon!

I have the drag comp on a 99 5 speed and love the top end power. If you are towing alot its a good power adder for the highway. If you are wanting to play stack a smarty on top of it. On the other hand if you are a hay hauler and need the grunt down low I would go with the smarty. It is a good test for your clutch though. If you decide to go with either this is my opinion and you know how that is.
Just my two cents!

I prefer the Edge Comp (or Drag Comp), for both daily driving and racing. It has made more power on my truck then the TST Comp, with cooler EGT's. The Edge Comp includes timing so you do not have to stack it with something else. It will produce the most power with the lowest EGTs of any other single box.
I also like the fact that I can adjust the power level on the fly, which you can't do with the Smarty.

I can not comment on the xillariader, but the Smarty will not give you any more power than you already have. The Smarty stacked with a puck is no gain in power, just a little more snap when you first roll on the throttle.
