I guess its hit or miss? I gained 8psi boost switching from Drag to ADR, but the best part is 800rpm gain over the Drag.

my truck was pretty much stock when i had the drag comp. now i have the adrenaline and i personally feel it is stronger and the feartures are great. on my truck when i switched to the adr, i picked up about 10 psi or more, i have to let out of it or it will start flirtin with 50 psi, stock head gasket. but the drag file on my comp did make it better, worth the money IMO
