can ne one tell me why my truck cuts out on level 3-5 on my comp. i had 275 injectors installed ever seince then it cuts out and pops on higher rpm (anything above 2000). has anybody else had this problem. ive been told i am running out of fuel and need a biger pump. also get codes 253 and 257.

Check to make sure that you have a good ground wire connection and Pimp Wire connection on the Comp.

 

what's your fuel pressure

 

ive checked all connections. all seem to be good. my fp gauge wont be here for a couple days so i cant tell. just trying to get some ideas from you guys that may have had the same problem or might have any good ideas. sometimes i wished i had left the darn thing stock.

im not sure about the 257 code,,but the 253 code is...fuel injection pump valve open circuit..maybe someone else can chime in on the other code.....sounds like you have something going on with your pump
