I always mount mine above windshield, have a shelf on 92, this way you are still looking out windshield when fussing with cb. Also keeps floor clear and minimizes coffee down cb inerds.

Mines functional yet not asthetic, as I have no fabrication skills.



Just a chunk of wood covered in gray vinyl, 2 legs jammed under the middle seat to keep it there.

A friend of mine used an old Mobile Phone mount to set his radio on - left room for the lower cup tray, out of the way of the shift lever and also allowed the center seat to be used if needed. Unfortunately I was never able to find out where he picked it up - his truck was totaled and he died on the way home from work a couple yrs ago..
