Can't Decided, your opinion is needed! ;-)

Ok, I have a 2002 Dodge CTD. I want to add more power, but I have a couple other threads going with ideas, but I want to keep them in one thread.

Like I said, I have some upgrades done, and I need your opinion as what should be done next. Its not my daily driver, however I still want it to be if it was needed.

So, what I have done is:
-AFE Stage 2 Intake
-Magnaflow 4" straight piped exhaust
-Edge COMP
-Banks Torque Converter
-BD Flex plate
-Banks High Ran intake elbow
-Banks waste gate mod kit
-IssPro gauges (Trans Temp, Exhaust Temp, Boost PSI)

What I'm looking to do on the next "wave" of upgrades are:
-Fuel Pressure Gauge (not sure which one though)
-Bosch 300HP injectors
-FASS fuel pump
-Exhaust manifold (not sure how much good that is actually going to do?)
-BD Valve Body

If you have any better suggestions please let me know. The turbo is producing about 26-29 PSI, depending on the gear and RPM @ WOT, and once the turbo is up, there is no smoke. I have the comp box turned up to 5, with the sub setting on 5, and that made a huge difference. I'm just not sure if the above upgrades are the right path for the next "wave".

How much more power do you think the Smarty will add? I can't find on their website "roughly" how much more, it says on the 03-07's, but not on the 98.5-02.

You definately need a FP guage ASAP!!!!!!!!
then move the VB to #2 spot. Did you tap the comp yet?
The Smarty and comp stack will make your head spin and put a smile on your face for days.

Average is 50-60 hp! But Smarty is more about the timing and the low end response than just raw HP.

01 & 02 Manifolds are stronger than earlier ones. Unless you just want an after market manifold... I would not change it for power reasons.
And, as stated, you need the fuel pressure gauge yesterday!
Your headed for 450+ hp! Will the BD Valve Body hold that much...I don't know? Might be better choices.
I would do F-1 injectors over the Bosch. JMO.

Agreed. Turbo will hold you back on any further go-fast parts...

How would I go about moving the VP to #2?

Yes, the COMP has its tap on.

So, maybe a better choice is forget the manifold, and instead put the $$ to a smarty...

Last dyno I had, I pulled 316 with 33" tires on 4.10 gears. Simple math I figured (and this is fuzzy math at best) 316x20% = 379.2HP (the 20% is ROUGH figures for driveline loss).

Yup! But I would rearrange my list a bit! Always wise...just not instantly gratifying... to handle the support systems before adding fuel (ie. hp)

1-FP Gauge
2-Valve Body
3-Bigger Turbo
4-FASS
5-Injectors
6-Smarty

JMO - RJ

I was referring to what RowJ said, move the Valve Body to #2 spot on your list before adding any more power to your truck.
the VB adds line pressure that the stock VB doesn't. Without a good one your gonna roast your tranny even with the Banks TC.
