Are Camplates and Fuel Plates the same thing??

Many people have recommended me to get a #10 fuel plate but I can't find one. Are they really called a Camplate? Here is a link that I found that sells a #10 Camplate. Is this what everyone is talking about? http://www.piersdiesel.com/CamPlate.htm
