how do you get 20 psi out of a pump that only puts out 14 psi can you adjust it to make more fuel presure

by running the holley with your stock lp you will see huge pressure and may need a regulator.the holly byitself will give you 14psi and maybe a bit more wth a diferent spring,i seen close to 30psi when i installed my holly with the lp,i put in a reg and now i have 17 at idle and 11 wot,i need bigger lines to get more flow.
