Bigger Injectors

ok heres the deal
i bought some stage 3 bullydog injectors recently.
i would like to know if there is any way i can verify that they are bullys before i go thru the hassle of puttin them in.

dont get me wrong, i trust the guy i got them off of. they came in the orig box and looked like they were never opened or installed.

is there some part numbers to look for or would the tip size holes be much bigger
any info would help

Any size difference in the holes wouldn't be detectable with naked eyes. You need some calibrates feeler wires (my term)

I would get them flow tested and check the pop-off pressures. The easiest thing to do is just install them. The smile factor will tell rest of the story. The part# on the injector is the core part (injector body), most shop just tweak (tech lingo) the nozzle tip to flow more fuel while maintaining a decent pop-off pressure. With big flowing injectors its difficult to maintain high pop-off pressure.

I bought some extra gauge pins for checking injectors a while back. My standard set only went down to .011. I bought from .0055 to .0115 in .0005 increments. Problem is that when they hone the nozzles the holes get funnel shaped and the pin won't show the difference. I have a set of 275 nozzles down at the shop. I could check the hole size if you want to know.
