BHAF Question to the majority

OK,

Here is the question and statement.

First the question, does anyone have the template in a PDF file or on the original design template, i.e. AutoCad etc...???, a format other than word?

Here is the reason I ask. I am the regional manager of a company that can cut these templates out of sheet goods, we have what we call a Trump cutter, it's a computer automated machine that can cut template and punch holes out of sheet goods to precise measurments, I have thousands of pounds of sheet steel products prepainted, and unpainted. If I had a copy of the original template on a PDF file, or CAD, I could have our programers download this into the machine file, and cut this template out and bend it in a matter of seconds.

Would this be something that anyone would be intrested in doing. I could fingure a price for the cost of the material and and a small I mean very small markup to cover the trouble and give the money to DTR, I dont' want it and don't need it, but I could make these mods very easy, they could be made up prebent or not, easier to ship bent.

This is just a thought right now, and I'm not looking to step on anyones toes, or **** anyone off, it's just an idea.

MODERATORS: Please copy/forward this to the ADMIN section, let me know what the the thoughts of the main owners/moderators of the board think.

I don't think anybody is marketing BHAF mounts currently, so I doubt you'd be stepping on anyone's toes. It sounds to me like it would be an ideal product for the DTR store to carry. Both 1st and 2nd gen versions would be nice.

I have a file that shows the exact dimensions and angles. I would think you could plug them into an autocad program and cut away.
P.M me with your email addy and I'll send it to ya.
