Hey guys, Haven't been keeping up with the 2nd gen performance mods for a few months now.Got a buddy wanting to get either the Edge juice w/Attitude or the Quad Adrenaline w/pulse.He wants one of these for the shift on the fly and the digital gauges.I'm familiar with what the Edge will do.Just wondering how the Adrenaline is in comparison.The internet upgradability is a plus but how is the performance side?Give me some feedback please!

 

The Adrenaline is in another league. It makes so much more power on a stock truck than the Juice, it's not even a comparison.

On a fully built 500+ HP monster, the Adrenaline still makes more power, but the VP44 injection pump has it's limits. The best thing that the Adrenaline has for high HP trucks is tuneabilty, substantially more RPM, and smooth defueling so you can still tow with the box on for power and mileage.

I wish I would have waited for the adrenaline to come out, its sooo much better, with edge its 100 bucks for the hot unlock and it still wouldent touch the adrenaline. plus once you get the hot unlock theres nothing left to upgrade to.

 

I have been reading the posts on the adr because I am curious on whether I should upgrade my tst to a comp ar get the adr. It looks like the adr still has some bugs with surging sometime violently.

the kid has the edge hot unlock and thats as far as he can go with that lol
