Best place for fog lights - Dodge 98 2500

Where is the best place for replacement fog lights for my 98 Dodge 2500? Old ones are yellow/not clear. Best price I can get is $35 but they are out of stock.

If you've got $$$ PIAA 510s are great in the plasma ion color.
