What makes the most usable power?

 

Quadzilla Adrenaline, hands down. I have tried Edge Comp, Edge Juice, Edge HOT Juice and Adrenaline. There is no other box like the Adrenaline, it has the most power, smoothest power, and lowest normal driving smoke out there.

I has the most smoke when you set it to level 10 kill and have a stock turbo, but it has the lowest daily drive non WOT smoke of the bunch.

Oh, and did I say smoothest power delivery?

Oh, and did I say the Adrenaline has way way WAY more bottom end power than the Comp or Juice?

The only downside to the Adrenaline..... your rear tires will wear out faster! I've never gone through a set of tires so fast. And I don't do burn outs and such, I just like to jab the pedal at 30 MPH and make the rears noisy, not break loose burn em, just noisy.

 

I have heard a lot of good things about the adrenaline, but I like my comp box.

out of curiosity, what's the price on those babies (adrenaline)?

 

its the best chip i've ever had. and i'm an 01 as well. dtr shop (this site) is selling them for like 650ish i think.

 

i've only had a few programming problems with my adrenaline but i absolutely love it!!! i had an edge juice w/attitude (HOT unlock code programmed) and it still was not as good as my adrenaline. just my .02

 

Does the Adrenaline address the surging issue or is it forgotten about on this..I know th XZT+ TRIED to address it but I never saw it totally cleared up...anyone?

 

They claim that the newest tunes are the smoothest but I have yet to try.Need new PCM first.My only complaint with the Adrenaline is the fuel pressure sending unit that is acting up on mine.Customer service is first rate and have answered every dumb question I've asked.It sounds like I'm not the only one with this complaint and they claim to be working on a solution,which I truly believe they will.They have a newer control box(other than the pod)that looks pretty neat and adds about $260 to the purchase price but it looks to be worth the money,I just wish it had been an option when I first purchased mine.

PCM - Power Control Module (Passenger side firewall with three wire harnesses attached).

The Adrenaline will be the state of the art 2nd Gen box. Still in Beta testing but perfectly usable for daily driving. All that's left is working out all the bells & whistles....... of which there are more than any other box, by far! Just to give you a small idea.... new controller (Pulse) reads True Speed, RPM's, Fuel temp, Oil temp, ECM voltage, Coolant temp, corrects tire size, has at 0-60 readout, has a 1/4 readout (60', 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile & qtr mile speed), turbo timer, high idle....and much more; plus all that your gauges read now!

It's faster and stronger than my previous Smarty/TST Comp combo.
Drives like a Smarty on the low end and a banshee on top!
