Is the BD boost builder the same as a boost fooler.I did a little reading and the BD unit seems to work more like a programer.the boost fooler over rides the map senser to compinsate for higher boost levels.If Im rong can someone please clear this up in the order of how it really works and the difference between the units

No. Boost builder raises boost by delaying wastegate actuation.

Boost fooler hides this increased boost from the ECM and prevents an error code and check engine light.
