Before I did the Vulcan kit, I drilled out my stock banjo bolts on my drill press. Total time was probably 5 minutes for all of them. Just enlarge the existing holes. It worked pretty well.
Later, my lift pump died, so I just went with a new pusher and bigger lines to fix the problem of junky OEM pumps.

I'm 2 psi better with the Vulcan Big Line over my own modified enlarged & radiused holes banjo's which were 2psi better than stock.
Stock...7psi WOT & 5x5 Comp
Modified..9psi WOT & 5x5 Comp
Vulcan....11 psi WOT & 5x5 Comp

I was 1psi roughly better with the larger banjos, but now I'm using AN fittings (partial Vulcan, partial my own parts) and I'm another 1psi better. I noticed the difference more when I get on it hard. It doesn't drop nearly as much as it use to. From idle to cruise it only drops about 1lb and another 1-2lb are WOT.
I'll sell you my larger banjos (purchased from Genos) for cheap if you still want to go that route. I did at the time, but now they sit.
