Anyone ran an Aurora 2000 non wastegated turbo before? They can be had for 1200 bucks. I want to run edge jammer 5 nozzles, Comp, and tow 5K occasionally. I like to race the unsuspecting ricer occasionally.

 

Here's a link for a site sponser who sells a ps62 for $1300. I'd think it'd be worth the difference for the wastegate. If you want to go cheap just get a s300g.

I wouldn't be too afraid of that setup. You shouldn't push more than around 45 psi with that setup but with over 200k on what I'm assuming is the original HG, you might think twice and get something wastegated. I love my 2000 but it is the only thing holding me back right now so it has to go. Great driving manners and a lot more top end than I expected as far as seat of the pants but not quite what I was looking for.
