I want one. Does anybody know when they will have one for the 03 or if the old ones will work on the 03. Their site does not specify.

Ya I got the 47re. Has anybody done the valve body swap only. I'm curious in how much difference there is. I really want lock up in 2nd. Their site says I will get 2nd gear lock up with that valve body. Any comments on this ??? I'm really having a hard time deciding weather to mod this truck or just sell it in a month or 2 and get the 48re. If I mod it I'll keep it awhile but I'm used to getting a new truck ever 3-6 months so I don't know what to do. ??? ??? :'( :'(

 

A triplelok in your tranny solo will take quite a bit of power. I have an ATS valve body and I can lock up in 1st!!

 

I think I'll probably just get a new truck with the HO and 48re in a few months when they are available. Anybody want to lock in a price on an 03 1-ton for 2-3 months from now. I'll probably want about $32,500 for it. Will only have about 5,000 or so miles on it. :
