So where is the P7100. In the pictures all I see is a VP. It also has the older fuel filter. Even the 1998 commercial engine has the filter that Dodge used in the later engines. It also has the crank sensor, early engine electronics. No time now but later will run the CPL and engine number to see what it is. It also has the early VP mount bracket that fails.

I would hope that the pictures are not of the engine he advertised. On the outside the only difference from a 1999 Dodge engine is the TPS brackets are different. Now, wonder if it is a #53?

Just looked at the pics that he refers to of the Hummer/Cummins on TDR and that is a completely different engine. It is the Cummins build with the P7100. Sure would like to get the CPL and Id number off that one for the parts. Looks to me like someone on Ebay is fixin to get burned.

That's not a 2002 engine pictured, that's for sure.

Wrong fuel filter housing, wrong valve cover, at least.

Sure is rusty for being in the original shrink wrap, never used.

Cool idea to take an old thread on a forum, copy some stuff and use it as a description.
"This is not a Dodge motor" - Big Dodge valve cover and Chrysler engine sticker...
I wonder who is gonna buy this they seem to offer 4k$ . This guy even has boosted his feedback as a buyer. (multiple articles in the review, no feedback as a seller yet)
