Android Users Look Inside – Poll
Ok, by now most of you guys have seen what we are doing with the iTouch, iPhones and iPad’s.
(Actual Screen Shot)
I have heard some squawking here on some boards about an Android device as well as received a fair number of emails and our support team has also fielded some calls.
So if you guys are seriously interested in the product you have seen except for use with Android now is your time to show me how dominating the Droid market really is.
So cast your vote and lets see if an entire new app is worth creating for Android.

I had sent you a PM over on CF about beta testing the iQuad, but I had also asked you about the same app for the android OS. My iPod touch was stolen from my desk at work back in July, and at the same time I got my HTC Evo. Since then I've not wanted to replace the iPod, and I'd like to get more use out of it. Because of this I was interested in the iQuad, but not enough to go out and buy another iPod just for it. If you did develop this as an andorid app I would buy it in a heart beat.
To be honest, until the iQuad came out I was leaning away from the Adrenaline as I was not impressed with the PV2 monitor. I had an old Juice/Attitude monitor years ago on my old Ford and was not overly impressed with what the display did. I had been leaning towards the Edge again soley because of everything the CTS can do, but I prefered the performance of the Adrenaline.
Well I guess you know which way I voted.
On a side note, a very nice feature to have on this (besides a backup camera) is to be able to add an additonal gauge or two. It would be nice to see my airbag pressure without having to get additonal gauges.

I think the Droid market will continue to have potential, especially after people upgrade from there first Android devices.
For example, I would not be real crazy about trying to use the phone and the Navigation and Iquad etc all at one time. You would be in the middle of something and the phone would ring.
But I have already had the phone over a year, and will most likely upgrade around the 2 year mark, and now instead of throwing it in a drawer I could permanently mount it in the truck as an mp3 player/Iquad interface. Also the old handsets will probably be had for little or nothing as people upgrade to latest and greatest.

FYI There are Standalone Android devices, similar to IPod touch and IPad.
