i have an airdog I 100gph on my 02. it started acting up a few weeks ago so i pulled it apart and cleaned it. worked fine till yesterday. now its just melting fuses and wont work. phoned airdog and they apparently have no record of my lifetime warranty card that i sent in. so now i have to buy a new pump.

 

Too bad about the warranty, but you should only have to buy a replacement motor.

Before you buy a new motor, check all your wiring for a short, first.
