Air filter replacement ideas needed

I'm looking to add a aftermarket air filter to an old filter housing that I picked up that didn't have a filter in it. I wanted to put a BHAF in it but it But the filter is too large. I found a couple AFE filters online that will fit ok. Do all these style of filters need to be treated with oil? Does anyone have a filter they would like to recommend? It will need to be smaller then 11" long, and 10" across, 4" inlet.

I believe the AFE filters are the oiled type. I'm not a fan of these, but many have used them with success. AEM has a has a line of Dryflow filters that do not require oiling.......clean it and let it dry and it's good to go. I use one of these, although mine is a drop-in style that fits in the stock housing.

BHAF dosen't fit in the filter box assembly.
It replaces the assembly and filter.

I like the BHAF, I have an Amsoil BHAF in my truck. It's oil-less kind.

I'm using an AFE Dryflow in the stock box.
No oiling just clean with water and dry.
