My LP took a fat dump last Saturday. While cruising down the highway, my fuel pressure would drop from 10psi to 0 in a fraction of a second. I was able to turn the key off and back on, and it would come back to life for a little while. I had to cycle the key about 25 times to make the 1.5 hr drive home. Haven't driven it since.

I have done a fair amount of research on this site, and think I am going to go with the Aeromotive pump AEI-11203. My question is should I buy one of the relocation kits from Vulcan, Geno's, or peice my own together. My understanding is that the kits from those places relocate the stock or campaign LP, so I wonder if the fittings and so forth would work with the Aeromotive pump.

The truck is a 2001 model and it is stock.

Hi - I just did that very swap 2 nights ago. The only thing from genos relocation kit that wot work with the aeromotive pump is the electric plug(it comes wired for the factory carter pump) the aeromotive comes with 2 bare wires, I used sealed butt connectors, just cut the plug off genos harness. And you will need the 2 fittings for the aeromotive pump, the ones from genos kit are too small.The aeromotive takes 3/8 npt. So far the pump is working flawlessly, 15 at idle,15 at WOT. Hope this helps
