I've noticed the surging seems to happen at 15-17% TPS most of the time. That's very little throttle. Could be the APPS needs to be mapped differently.

Yep your right i tried the one on the website this morn and it spits and sputters. Fat kid strikes again.

Hey Quad is there any differences in the tune jamie has and the one on the website? They run completely different on my truck. I am going switch between them a couple times today to see if it might be a download error.

Another thing I forgot to mention. After running the 1000 tune, don't try to download the comp1 file directly from a saved file from your computer. I did that once & it still sputtered. Just go to the website & clicked "run", don't save it to your desktop.

I may try this, this morning....the old ROWJ tune is just so addicting with no surge. I forgot what it's like to whack the throttle on PL10 when you're already doing 70-75.

Cross your fingers for me!

EDIT: So I *should* be able to grab the COMP or COMP1 without an issue is what you're saying?

Correct, It may not work for everyone, but If you have patience & try a few times, it should work.

Now you tell us.
Fail to see difference... and got nice results from saved Comp file, but will go back and try your way.

I do still get some surging from saved Comp file.
