After reading all the hype about the Adrenaline I ordered one and got it installed today but now I can only hit 35# of boost with my old drag comp I could easily hit 45# . I have plenty of fuel any one have any ideas .

Well I tried to load another file but for some reason my computer well not except it .

 

The Aggressive files will change your mind about the lack of boost. I had my wastegate set at 45psi & never went over that with the Drag. I haven't touched the wastegate & boost goes over 50psi now.

 

That sounds like only PL02 is working??

Can you tell for sure that the other levels are adding fuel? This would be PL03 and up?

If not you might check the wire tap and make sure you got a good connection.

I can run 50psi easily with stock injectors.

 

First thing in the morning I am going to check the wire tap and give it a test run and let you all know . THANKS for the input .

 

We checked all wiring and I even loaned him my box for a quick test run, same results. Max 35lbs of boost, but the strange thing is that EGTs will increase to approx. 1400, so I don't think it's defueling. I then loaded ADR2000 on his box and again, same results. Every tune and box we tried show an increase in power when upping the PL's

The weather took a dive before we could hook my Drag box back up just to see if it would still hit 45lbs. If he can hit 45lbs with the Drag there's has to be somethig wierd going on with the wiring harness or Pod since we've tried two different boxes and three different tunes. If it doesn't hit the high boost we may need to check for a boost leak.

 

Well I found the problem .The plastic tubing going to my boost gauge got cracked and made a boost leak . Fixed the tubing and now I can hit 48# of boost .It does feel a little stronger than my drag comp alone I think I am going to really like this adrenaline .

 

It sure is nice to hear the problem is unrelated to the Adrenaline. I am sure you will enjoy the box!

i ran the tune that came with the box and had no problem hitting 50lbs of boost, had to load 2018 to keep it under control.

 

If it's nice, you need to take me on another test ride tomorow!

I'm starting to go through high HP withdrawls.

 

Well here is my problem now when I am trying to load another file I keep getting Module not found , reconnect and try again

 

Dont hook it up until it is searching for the module, then plug it in.

 

I have tried hooking it up when it is searching and have tried many different ways but still no luck .Right now I have to go over to J Doubles house and load it on his computer .
