After some recent fourwheeling, I noticed my lukes link was pretty trashed. So now I've got to change out track bars. I don't really want to do a factory OEM track bar. I want something that is gonna last. I was cruising through solidsteel.biz and noticed they have an adjustable track bar kit for the 94-01 dodges. It's basically an adjustable 03 track bar with stiffer bushings on it. It can be adjusted up to 4" while on the truck. It comes with a drop bracket on it. What are yall's opinion on this?

 

i have the standard solid steel 03 upgrade and am happy with it but if the thuren was available when i upgraded i may have got it,here is a link to it.in my opinion you would be better of with either one of these instead of what you have.

Look up the Lukes Link thread here and there is a bunch of info on both. Me and Cowhand have been bantering about the track bar options..

 

The best option depends on which side of the border you're on.....

I had to draw the line somewhere....engine BOMB's - North of the Border
suspension BOMB's.....South of the Border (Canadia border that is.....). I sent enough money north, it's time you Canucks returned the favor

 

BB.. I called Darrin, and they should be getting the 03 bars out soon.. I have my kit.. and my name is on the list for an adjust adjustable bar... Also look around.. if you go with the 03 kit.. there are are some other options... Skyjacker.. or Comp.. makes an 03 adjustable bar.. as long as you have a 4in lift... I believe they also have a kit to change to their track (03 design) and install it on a 02.. as long as you are lifted...
Best to call Darrin, to see if it will adjust to 4in lift.. but pricey compared to the others if you are lifted..

Lets see, all my engine mods are made in USA.... Try getting half the stuff you guys get up here, not happenin.

 

All mine are probably made here too, but since I bought most of my mods from Piers.....

 

My Piers stuff is known to be made state side...LOL..
